Refund policy

At Obsidian Threads, all sales are final. Due to the limited and pre-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
The only exceptions are the following:

Damaged goods — If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Wrong order received — If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof and we will make it right.

Approved claims will be resolved through an exchange only — no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving any exchange.
