Processing Time:
All orders require a 3-4 week processing and fulfillment period from the date of purchase. This is not a shipping delay — this is the production window for your order. No exceptions or expedited options are available at this time.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon — stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delays:
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Obsidian Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
